Fixing alt tab or taskbar icons
-
System Settings - Window Management - Window Rules - Add New...
-
Bring the buggy app window side-by-side with system settings.
-
Click "Detect Window Properties..." in the bottom.

Move the crosshair to the buggy window and click.
-
Click "Window class (application)".
-
Click "Add Property..." in the bottm left.
-
Click "Desktop file name".
-
Enter the base name of the desktop file
For flatpak, check
/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications/For system apps, check
/usr/share/applications/For user apps, check
~/.local/share/applications/ -
Click "Apply".
-
The icon should be fixed immediately.
KDE Connect
Allow KDE Connect via 1714-1764 tcp/udp
