ducoterra	e505df62e8	refactor(skills): use .agents/ instead of .agent/ for phased execution ... Standardize on the .agents/ directory across all phased-execution skills (phase state, reports, sessions, validate.sh, PLAN.md, and per-story/feature/workflow trees).
