- `app/rag/importer.py::match_extension(path, extensions) -> str | None` — pure helper: rule 1 = dotted suffix (existing A9 rule, case-insensitive); rule 2 = suffix-less file whose lowercased full name equals a bare token (`Dockerfile` → `dockerfile`); dotted set kept as parameter form (no `config.py` change)
- `iter_importable_files` walk now filters via `match_extension(...) is None` (hidden-component + phase-89 ignore checks untouched, still first) — covers the phase-64 progress pre-walk too, so `total` stays honest
- `import_sources` `formats` counter uses the matched token (`dockerfile:1`, never `unknown`); module docstring documents the extensionless rule
- Unit tests in `tests/unit/test_importer.py`: the full D1 matching matrix, walk inclusion/exclusion (`Dockerfile`/`Containerfile` in; `mydockerfile`, `Dockerfile.dev`, `.dockerfile` out), in-process counter test asserting `summary.formats == {"dockerfile": 1, "md": 1}` and the PLAN §9 line `formats=dockerfile:1,md:1`

Content endpoint now passes `get_settings().import_extension_set` (lru-cached).
- `app/config.py`: `import_extensions` docstring documents the extensionless exact-name rule (phase 102).
- `.env.example`: "Import scope" comment gains the rule with the `dockerfile,containerfile` example; default `BOR_IMPORT_EXTENSIONS` line untouched.
